【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsfortheconstruction,performance,primarypackagingandlabellingofpartypoppersandthecorrespondingtestmethods.Itisapplicabletofireworkswhichareclassifiedaspartypoppersincategory1ofEN14035-2andwhicharecontainedinaprimarypack.Itisapplicabletopartypopperswhichcontainupto10mgofpyrotechniccompositionthatisbasedonpotassiumchlorateandredphosphorous.Itisnotapplicabletopartypopperscontainingpyrotechniccompositionthatincludesanyofthefollowingsubstances:?arsenicorarseniccompounds;?mixturescontainingamassfractionofchloratesgreaterthan80%;?mixturesofchlorateswithmetals;?mixturesofchlorateswithpotassiumhexacyanoferrate(II);?mixturesofchlorateswithsulfur;?mixturesofchlorateswithsulfides;?leadorleadcompounds;?mercurycompounds;?whitephosphorus;?picratesorpicricacid;?potassiumchloratewithamassfractionofbromatesgreaterthan0,15%;?sulfurwithanacidity,expressedinmassfractionofsulfuricacid,greaterthan0,002%;?zirconiumwithaparticlesizeoflessthan40μm.NOTEInEN14035-2,partypoppersareclassifiedasfollows:-briefdescription:deviceoperatedbyapull-stringwithanabrasivesurfaceinslidingcontactwithafrictionsensitivepyrotechniccompositionanddesignedtobeheldinthehand;-principaleffects:report,withejectionofstreamersand/orconfetti.SchemesfortypetestingofpartypoppersandbatchtestingofpartypoppersarespecifiedinannexAandannexBrespectively.
