【摘要】:1Thisstandardappliestofirefightersliftsasdefinedinclause3.5equippedwithafireprotectedlobby.2Thisstandardisnotapplicableto:—double-decklifts;—liftsinstalledinexistingbuildings;—importantmodificationtoexistingliftinstalledbeforethepublicationofthisstandard;—dualentrylifts,wheretheprotectedfirefightersliftprotectedlobbiesarenotlocatedonthesamesideasthatofthefireserviceaccesslevel.However,thisstandardmayusefullybeusedasabasis.3Thisstandarddealswiththesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttofirefighterslifts(aslistedinclause4)whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsasforeseenbytheinstaller.4ThisdocumentisapplicabletonewfirefightersliftsinnewbuildingswhichareinstalledafterthedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.5ThisstandardgivestheadditionalordeviatingrequirementstoEN81-1and2andprEN81-5,6and7whichshallbeavailableforliftswhichmaybeusedforfirefightingandevacuationpurposesunderfirefighterscontrol.InallotherrespectssuchliftsaredesignedinaccordancewithEN81-1and2andprEN81-5,6and7whereapplicable.6Thisstandarddoesnotconsidertheuseofliftswithpartiallyenclosedwellsforuseasfirefighterslifts.7Thisstandardceasestoapplyifthefireeventuallybreaksintoafireprotectedlobby(seeannexA,FigureA.2).NOTEAfirefightingconceptisgiveninannexA.
